What if I have problems logging in?
If you receive an error message after hitting the "Submit" button on the Employer Login page, you should first double-check and reenter your information, paying careful attention to formatting and case:
- Passwords are case sensitive.
- Employer/Risk numbers must be formatted exactly as assigned and include all dashes (0000-1 is not the same as 00001).
