What information can I access on ICON?

Employers have access to:

  • Active claim information, including
    • Names and contact information for all parties to the claim
    • Current appeals/motions
    • Hearing dates, times, and locations
    • Claim documents
  • A complete calendar of upcoming scheduled hearings, including time off blocks
  • Online filing of motions, appeals, hearing continuance/cancellations, and interpreter requests
  • Manage docketing representative

*Active claims are claims that are currently being processed by the IC or those that have been completed within the past 28 days. Claims that do not meet these restrictions cannot be accessed on ICON.
