How do I open and print claim correspondence?
All claim correspondence on your Claim Detail page is available in PDF format, which requires Adobe Reader to open and view. If you do not have Adobe Reader, you can download it here for free.
All the claim-related PDF documents are presented in legal size format. If you would like to print the documents onto letter-sized paper, you must select the "Fit to page" option from your printer dialog box.
Please note: Some people may get a blank screen when they open a PDF document from this site. This could be due to the version of your browser, Adobe software, operating system, or a combination of all three. If you see a blank screen when you open a document, we suggest that you upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Reader. In most cases this will resolve the problem. If you still cannot see the documents after upgrading, please call our IT Helpdesk for assistance at 614-644-6595 (local) or 877-218-4810 (toll-free) during normal business hours.
