Why can't I appeal some IC Orders?
ICON only allows recent IC Orders to be appealed online. If the DHO or SHO Order has not been issued within the last 60 days, it will neither be accessible nor appealable online.
If you would like to appeal an Order that is not available on ICON, you will need to file the appeal offline. Appeal forms and instructions for submitting them are available in the Forms section of this site.
