What if I have problems logging in?
If you receive an error message after hitting the "Submit" button on the Injured Worker Login page, you should first double-check and re-enter your information, paying careful attention to formatting and case:
- Passwords are case sensitive.
- Claim numbers must be formatted exactly as shown on your IC or BWC documentation and include all dashes (00-111111 is not the same as 00111111).
- Social Security number can be entered with or without dashes between the sets of digits (111-22-3333 or 111223333).
