What information can I access on ICON?
Injured Workers who log in with an IW password have access to active* claim information for claims to which they are a party. Claim information includes:
- Names and contact information for parties to the claim
- Current appeals/motions
- Hearing dates, times, and locations
- Claim documents
- Online filing of motions, appeals, hearing continuance/cancellations, and interpreter requests
*Active claims are claims that are currently being processed by the IC or those that have been completed within the past 28 days. Claims that do not meet these requirements cannot be accessed on ICON.
If you do not log in with an IW password, you cannot access claim information. You can however, submit appeals online without a password.
