What if I forgot my password?
Select the "Forgot your Password" link near the bottom of the Injured Worker Login page. Enter your Social Security number and an active claim number into the boxes on the "Forgot My Password" page. If you have previously entered password recovery information you will be able to reset your password online. If not, a new IW password will be mailed to you.
Your old IW password will be disabled and will no longer grant you access to ICON. You should receive your new IW password in the mail within three business days.
