Why can't I access a Claim Detail page?

You can only access a Claim Detail page if the claim is "active." Active claims are claims currently being processed by the IC or those that have been completed within the last 28 days. If the claim does not meet either of these requirements, it will not be viewable on ICON.

If you have just filed an appeal for a claim, it may take up to three business days for the claim to be marked "active" and become viewable on ICON.
