What if I have problems logging in?
If you receive an error message after hitting the "Submit" button on the Representative Login page, you should first double-check and reenter your information, paying careful attention to formatting and case:
- Passwords are case sensitive.
- Rep IDs must be formatted exactly as assigned and include all dashes (000-11 is not the same as 00011).
