What if I forgot my password?
Select the "Forgot your Password" link near the bottom of the Representative Login page. Enter your Rep ID and an active claim number. If you have previously entered password recovery information you will be able to reset your password online. If not, you will have to contact the IT Helpdesk for assistance at 614-644-6595 (local) or 877-218-4810 (toll-free) during normal business hours.
