How do I change my password?
After logging into ICON, select the "Change Password" button in the left navigation bar. The "Change Password" page asks you to enter your current Rep password once and then your new Rep password twice. The new password becomes effective as soon as you hit the "Submit" button.
Please note: Rep passwords are assigned on an organizational level, not an individual one. If you change your organization's Rep password, it is your responsibility to inform your users of the change.
