Why are hearings being docketed on days for which hearing blocks were requested?
Hearing blocks are considered only for those representatives (reps) who are the docketing reps. A claim may also be scheduled for hearing despite hearing blocks if the claim is deemed critical and must be heard to meet legislative timeframes. Hearings may be docketed regardless of a hearing block if representation has been assigned to a proxy rep.
