How do I dismiss my active status as an employer representative?
After logging into ICON, click the “Dismiss Representation” link in the left navigation bar.
To dismiss yourself from a specific employer: Step 1: Enter the risk number and click continue. Step 2: Verify the information is correct and click the Submit button. Step 3: You are taken to the dismissal confirmation page.
To dismiss yourself from a specific claim: Step 1: Enter the claim number and click continue. Step 2: Verify the information is correct and click the Submit button. Step 3: You are taken to the dismissal confirmation page.
