What information can I access on I.C.O.N.?

Representatives have access to:

  • Active* claim information, including
    • Names and contact information for all parties to the claim
    • Current appeals/motions
    • Hearing dates, times, and locations
    • Claim documents
  • A complete calendar of upcoming scheduled hearings
  • Online filing of motions, appeals, hearing continuances/cancellations, and interpreter requests
  • Dismiss representation for an employer or injured worker
  • Scheduling preferences, including
    • Mail preference and contact information
    • Concurrent scheduling preference
    • Requested hearing blocks
    • Designate a proxy to represent an injured worker or employer for a particular hearing
  • Designation of Representative Proxy

*Active claims are claims that are currently being processed by the IC or those that have been completed within the past 28 days. Claims that do not meet these requirements cannot be accessed on I.C.O.N.
