Ohio Industrial Commission Cleveland Regional Manager Named June 2026 Employee of the Month

COLUMBUS, OH - The Ohio Industrial Commission congratulates Kelly Drushel, Cleveland Regional Manager, on being named Employee of the Month for June 2026.

Drushel was nominated by one of his coworkers and chosen for the award by the agency's Employee of the Month Committee.

“Kelly Drushel would make a great Employee of the Month,” Kelly's Employee of the Month nominator began. “He is here for his employees and agency no matter the circumstance and is amiable, affable, gregarious, sociable and personable with everyone inside and outside of the agency.”

“He is a pleasure to work with and is always available to step up to get a job done or to discuss a case that may have some questions to be answered,” Kelly's nominator continued. “He listens to everyone and always has a solution, and if he doesn't, he will get back to you with an answer. Kelly is a great manager and wonderful to work with.”

Drushel is the Cleveland Regional Manager. He started his career at the IC in August 2021. His supervisor is Steven Kramer, Direction of Adjudication.
