Ohio Industrial Commission Customer Service Assistant 1 Named March 2026 Employee of the Month

COLUMBUS, OH - The Ohio Industrial Commission congratulates Michelle Seum, Customer Service Assistant 1 in the Logan District Office, on being named Employee of the Month for March 2026.

Seum was nominated by one of her coworkers and chosen for the award by the agency's Employee of the Month Committee.

“I am pleased to nominate Michelle for Employee of the Month,” Michelle's Employee of the Month nominator wrote. “She consistently goes above and beyond in her role, demonstrating exceptional dedication and a true spirit of teamwork.”

“Michelle is always eager to lend a hand, particularly with fax coverage, where she consistently responds promptly and ensures that no task slips through the cracks,” Michelle's nominator continued. “Her follow-through is impeccable, and she approaches every responsibility with efficiency and attention to detail.”

“She always does so with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute wherever needed,” Seum's nominator added. “Her dependability, strong work ethic, and authentic care for the team's success have a noticeable impact on our workplace.”

Seum is a Customer Service Assistant 1 in the Logan District Office. Her supervisor is John Little, Claims Examiner Supervisor. Michelle started at the IC in June 1993.
