Notice of Special Meeting

A Special Meeting of the Ohio Industrial Commission will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., in the William Green Building, 30 W. Spring St., L-1, Hearing Room 1, Columbus, Ohio.

• Meeting Call to Order
• Roll Call
• Vote to enter executive session, if needed, for legal advice regarding proposed five-year rule review amendments, and discuss the hiring of a candidate for the Staff Hearing Officer position
• Review, discuss, and vote on amendments to 4121-15-10, 4121-3-30, 4121-3-20, 4121-3-18, 4121-3-16, and 4121-3-34
• Vote on hiring a candidate for the Staff Hearing Officer position
• Adjournment
