Ohio Industrial Commission Budget Analyst Supervisor Named December 2025 Employee of the Month

COLUMBUS, OH - The Ohio Industrial Commission congratulates Dana Lehman, Budget Analyst Supervisor in Fiscal Management, on being named Employee of the Month for December 2025.

Lehman was nominated by one of his coworkers and chosen for the award by the agency's Employee of the Month Committee.

“In the absence of experienced departmental leadership, Dana has stepped up to help his coworkers in Fiscal Management (outside of the team he supervises) to fill in the breach,” Dana's Employee of the Month nominator shared.

“Since returning to the office full time, two years ago for Fiscal, Dana has consistently gone over and above his individual/section responsibilities to ensure that Fiscal maintains a level of efficiency and professionalism,” Lehman's nominator continued.

Lehman is a Budget Analyst Supervisor in Fiscal Management. He started at the IC in September 1995. His supervisor is Amadou Diallo, Chief Fiscal Officer.
