Ohio Industrial Commission Communications Program Administrator Named September 2025 Employee of the Month

COLUMBUS, OH - The Ohio Industrial Commission congratulates Lisa Valentine on being named as Employee of the Month for September 2025.

“Lisa is detail oriented and consistently goes the extra mile to accomplish the goals set before her,” Lisa's Employee of the Month nomination started. “Her patience, foresight, and planning set her apart from many of her peers; she allows plenty of time for tasks to be researched, executed, and completed.”

“Despite some of the challenges she faces/has faced in her daily duties, she's always ready with a smile and a kind word and tackles her tasks with a competency that is commendable.,” her nominator concluded.

Valentine was nominated by one of her coworkers and chosen for the award by the agency's Employee of the Month Committee.

Lisa Valentine is a Program Administrator 2 in the Ohio Industrial Commission Communications Department. Her supervisor is Brian Griffith. She started at the IC in August 2019.
