Ohio Industrial Commission District Hearing Officer Named May 2025 Employee of the Month

COLUMBUS, OH - The Ohio Industrial Commission congratulates District Hearing Officer Courtney Kaiser on being named as Employee of the Month for May 2025.

“I don't know Ms. Kaiser well; our paths have only crossed a few times, but those times have been memorable,” Courtney's Employee of the Month nomination started.

“For one, she emits positivity and approachability. Before she knew my name, she offered to help me. She offered feedback and guidance on a tough issue I was working through,” her nominator continued.

“She's knowledgeable, generous, kind, and helpful,” her nominator concluded.

Kaiser was nominated by one of her coworkers and chosen for the award by the agency's Employee of the Month Committee. This is Courtney's first time being named the Ohio Industrial Commission Employee of the Month.

Courtney Kaiser is a District Hearing Officer in the Cleveland Regional Office. Her supervisor is Kelly Drushel. She started at the IC in December 2020.

Courtney resides in Brook Park, Ohio.
