Notice of Public Hearing
The Ohio Industrial Commission (OIC) will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at 1:00 p.m., William Green Building,
30 West Spring Street, L-2, Room 1, Columbus, Ohio to consider the following:
The Amendments of the following rules:
- 4121-4-01 Definitions.
The aforementioned rule is proposed for amendment to clarify language in the code. - 4121-4-02 Procedures for accessing confidential personal information.
The aforementioned rule is proposed for amendment to update terminology contained within the code. - 4121-4-03 Valid reasons for accessing confidential personal information.
The aforementioned rule is proposed for amendment to include other legal requirements in addition to litigation. - 4121-4-05 Restricting and logging access to confidential personal information in computerized personal information systems.
The aforementioned rule is proposed for amendment to provide clarification of logging requirements and to be consistent with internal policy in the code.

All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard. Any interested party unable to attend the public hearing may submit written comments via email to rulecomments@ic.ohio.gov prior to the hearing.
