Notice of Special Meeting

A Special Meeting of the Ohio Industrial Commission will be held on Monday, November 4, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., in the William Green Building, 30 W. Spring St., L-1, Hearing Room 1, Columbus, Ohio.

The purpose of this Special Meeting is limited to the following:

• Meeting Call to Order;
• Roll Call;
• Meeting Minute Approval;
• Vote to Enter into Executive Session to discuss the hiring of candidates for District Hearing Officer positions;
• Vote on hiring candidates for District Hearing Officer positions;
• Review, Discuss, and Vote on 2025 Five-Year Rules Review, specifically rules OAC 4121-4-01; 4121-4-02; 4121-4-03; 4121-4-04; and 4121-4-05;
• Adjournment
