Notice of Special Meeting

A Special Meeting of the Ohio Industrial Commission will be held on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at 1:00 p.m., in the William Green Building, 30 W. Spring St., L-1, Hearing Room 1, Columbus, Ohio.

The purpose of this Special Meeting is limited to the following:

• Meeting Call to Order;
• Roll Call;
• Meeting Minute Approval;
• Vote to Enter into Executive Session to discuss the hiring of a candidate for the Director of Adjudication position and to discuss the legal advice and recommendations of the Office of Chief Legal Counsel related to allegations of improper behavior against a representative practicing before the Ohio Industrial Commission and the investigation of the Office of Chief Legal Counsel held pursuant to R.C. 4123.06;
• Review, discuss, and vote on the Medical Exam Manual;
• Review, discuss, and vote on proposed changes to Resolution R19-01-01;
• Vote on hiring of candidate for the Director of Adjudication position;
• Vote on the recommendations of the Office of Chief Legal Counsel regarding the statutory investigations held pursuant to R.C. 4123.06;
• Adjournment
