Statement from Chairman Jim Hughes on the Passing of Former Chairman Tim Bainbridge

Ohio Industrial Commission Chairman Jim Hughes issued the following statement on Monday regarding the passing of former IC Chairman Tim Bainbridge:

“It is with great sadness that I share with you that the immediate past chairman of the Industrial Commission, Tim Bainbridge, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on December 17, 2023. He served as chairman from 2013 – 2019. Arrangements are pending.”
