Notice of Special Meeting
A Special Meeting of the Ohio Industrial Commission will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at 12:00 p.m., in the William Green Building, 30 W. Spring St., L-1, Hearing Room 1, Columbus, Ohio.
The purpose of this Special Meeting is the resumption of the previously noticed Special Meeting that was suspended on October 24, 2023 due to an unanticipated power outage. The resumption of the special meeting is limited to the following which reflects the portion of the agenda that had not been completed due to the power outage:
- Meeting Call to Order;
- Roll Call;
- Vote to approve resumption of Special Meeting of October 24, 2023;
- Review, Discuss, and Vote on Five Year Rule Review of Ohio Administrative Code sections 4121-2-01; 4121-2-02; 4121-3-12; 4121-15-01; 4121-15-02; 4121-15-03; 4121-15-04; 4121-15-05; 4121-15-06; 4121-15-07; 4121-15-08; and 4121-15-09;
- Adjournment
