Ohio Industrial Commission Customer Service Assistant Named May 2023 Employee of the Month

COLUMBUS, OH – The Ohio Industrial Commission congratulates Julio Reyes on being named as the Employee of the Month for May 2023.

“Julio has the most upbeat and pleasant personality, which is absolutely perfect for his position as a CSA,” Julio’s employee of the month nominators wrote. “His customer service is top notch…Julio will do everything he can to help you. I never ever hesitate to contact him to help me because he makes everyone feel like they are the most important person at that moment.”

“When our region was short staffed, he volunteered to assist any way he could. He processed action documents for both offices along with keeping up with his own work,” Julio’s nominators added.

Reyes was nominated by one of his coworkers and chosen for the award by the agency’s Employee of the Month Committee.

Julio is a Customer Service Assistant in the Youngstown District Office. He started his career at the Ohio Industrial Commission in 1995 and currently resides in Youngstown with his wife.
