Notice of Special Meeting

A Special Meeting of the members of the Ohio Industrial Commission will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at 1:00 p.m., in the William Green Building, 30 W. Spring St., L-1, Hearing Room 1, Columbus, Ohio.

The purpose of this Special Meeting is limited to the following:

• Meeting Call to Order;
• Roll Call;
• Meeting Minute Approval;
• Review, Discuss, and Vote on 2023 Five Year Rules Review, specifically rules OAC 4121-1-01; 4121-1-02; 4121-1-03; 4121-3-01 and 4121-17-07;
• Adjournment

This Special Meeting (excluding portions of any Executive Session) will be Live Streamed on the Ohio Industrial Commission’s YouTube channel. It is available HERE.
