Notice of Special Meeting

A Special Meeting of the members of the Ohio Industrial Commission will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. The purpose of this Special Meeting is limited to the following:

• Review and Discussion of Proposed Amendments to Rules 4121-3-09 and 4125-1-01
• Roll Call Vote on Proposed Amendments to Rules
• Review and Discussion of Proposed Amendments to Memos K5 and E6
• Roll Call Vote on Proposed Amendments to Memos K5 and E6

The meeting will be held at the William Green Building: 30 W. Spring St., L-1, Hearing Room 1, Columbus, Ohio.
