Registration begins Monday, April 30, 2018 and ends Friday, June 1, 2018.

NOTE: Register one name per entry. No more than three names per organization.
CLE accreditation will be requested for this seminar.
The cost to attend is $150, however, fees should not be sent with your registration. You will be contacted if your name is drawn to attend.
If, after signing up, you are unable to attend, please cancel as soon as possible. Any cancelation made before Monday, September 17, 2018 will result in a complete refund.
Cancelations received on or after September 17 will not result in a refund, but any materials used at the seminar will be forwarded to you.
