New Email Domain

Effective August 27, the email domain which sends out automated email is changing from "@ic.state.oh.us" to "@service.ic.state.oh.us."  If you (or your organization) filter incoming email, be sure to add our new domain to the list of recognized addresses from which you want to receive email from.   Please continue to accept email from our current domain.  If you do not change your filter, email from us may inadvertently be directed to your Spam, Junk, or Trash folder, or be deleted by your system.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact the IT Helpdesk during regular business hours at 614-644-6595 (local), or 877-218-4810 (toll-free).
