From Rt. 11 South, take the 711 Expressway to 680 South and exit at the second Market Street exit (the Downtown exit). Bear right and then turn right onto Market Street. Continue over the bridge. At the second traffic light past the bridge turn left onto Federal Plaza West. The IC office is located three blocks west of Market Street in the George Voinovich Government Center.

From the south

From I-680 North, take the South Avenue exit and turn right onto South Avenue. Follow South Avenue into Downtown and turn left onto Federal Plaza East. The IC office is located three blocks west of Market Street in the George Voinovich Government Center.

From the east

From I-80 West, take the 711 Expressway to 680 South and exit at the second Market Street exit (the Downtown exit). Bear right and then turn right onto Market Street. Continue over the bridge. The visitor parking lot (George V. Voinovich Government Center) is free and available at the rear of the building, on Commerce Street between Hazel Street and Symphony Place.
