If you receive an error message after hitting the SUBMIT button, you should first double-check and reenter your information, paying careful attention to formatting and case:

• Passwords are case sensitive.
• Rep IDs must be formatted exactly as assigned and include all dashes (000-11 is not the same as 00011).

Representatives have access to:

• Online filing of motions, appeals, hearing continuances/cancellations, and interpreter requests
• Dismiss representation for an employer or injured worker
• Scheduling preferences, including:
• Mail preference and contact information
• Concurrent scheduling preference
• Requested hearing blocks
• Designate a proxy to represent an injured worker or employer for a particular hearing
• Designation of Representative Proxy

*Active claims are claims that are currently being processed by the IC or those that have been completed within the past 28 days. Claims that do not meet these requirements cannot be accessed on ICON.
