Industrial Commission Web Conferencing
Announcements
March 26: Good news!
We can now
announce that the "Go Live" date for the transition from conducting
hearings using telephone bridge lines to Webex will be Monday,
April 19, 2021. "How-to" guides will be posted within the next
week. This transition does require some changes to the hearing
notices. Parties and representatives will see new language on the
notices starting Wednesday, March 31, 2021, that will provide both
the link information to connect to the hearing, as well as, the
dial-in information. There will also be links on ICON to join the
hearing from the calendar. More information will be forthcoming as
soon as it is available.
Thanks for all your hard
work in keeping the hearing process moving during this difficult
year.
March 4: The Industrial Commission is aware of the connectivity issues that have arisen while conducting hearings using telephone bridge lines. In order to improve the experience for both hearing officers and customers, we will begin transitioning the process from telephone lines to a web conferencing solution. Parties and representatives will still be able to call in if desired, but there will also be the ability to connect via Webex. The plan is to complete this transition by mid-April. We will continue to provide updates as more details become available.
