IC employees shall display a professional and courteous demeanor and be appropriately responsive in a respectful, impartial manner when interacting with injured workers, representatives, employers, coworkers, vendors or other members of the general public. Rudeness or disrespect in dealing with injured workers, representatives, employers, coworkers, vendors and other members of the general public will not be tolerated.
