How do I log in to ICON?
From the ICON Home Page, select the Injured Worker link to log in as an Injured Worker.
The next page, Injured Worker Login, offers two log in choices: one if you have a Injured Worker (IW) password, one if you don't.
I have a Password
If you already have an IW password, enter your Social Security number and IW password into the appropriate boxes and click "Submit." Once your information is authenticated and you have accepted the IC's terms of use, you will arrive at the Select a Claim page. You are now logged in to ICON and can access detailed claim information and file online appeals by entering a claim number in the box provided.
I don't have a Password
If you don't have an IW password, enter your Social Security number and claim number then click "Submit." Once your information is authenticated and you have accepted the IC's terms of use, you will arrive at that claim's Menu page. At this point you are logged in and can submit appeals for the specific claim number you entered by selecting the "Submit Appeal" link.
A password will be mailed to the home address associated with your social security number. To protect your confidential information you cannot access detailed claim information until you are able to sign on with a password.
