To request a new password, enter your Social Security Number and a current claim number below, then click Submit.

If you have not entered password recovery options, your old password will be disabled once we process this request. Your new IW password will be mailed to the home address you have on file with us. You should receive it within three business days.

If you have more than one active IC claim, choose any one of the active claim numbers to use for this password application. The IW password you are issued will work for all your current and future Industrial Commission claims.
